What this site collects

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. Nothing is stored in your browser to identify you, and there is no cross-site tracking to opt out of.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data — including IP addresses — to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. That data is not used to build a profile of you.

The map

Pages showing the practice location include a map that does not load until you press "Show map". Once you do, Google Maps loads and sets its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If you never press it, nothing is requested from Google.

Social media

The links to the practice's Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages are ordinary links. Nothing from those sites is loaded here, so they learn nothing about your visit unless you follow one. Once you do, that site's own privacy policy applies. Please don't share medical details in comments or messages on social media — call the office instead.

Fonts

The typefaces are stored on this website itself. Loading a page does not contact Google Fonts or any other outside service.

Forms

This website has no forms. It does not ask for, collect or store anything you type.

Booking and email

Appointments are booked by calling210-699-6993 or by emailing the front office at frontoffice@kadavilfnp.org. Other questions can go to admin@kadavilfnp.org.

Ordinary email is not a secure channel. When you email the practice, please keep to your name, the best number to reach you and what you would like to book — and leave medical details, test results and anything clinical for your appointment or a phone call.

Children

The practice cares for patients aged 8 and older. This website is not directed at younger children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the site changes — in particular if an online booking or appointment form is added. The date at the top reflects the current version.
